SHK Version
Schlenker SHK front ejectors VKK are designed and manufactured to offer maximum precision and reliability. By using them, you improve the processing quality and precision of your machines considerably.
Front ejectors, also called VKK, are mounted like the bar feed collets, on the rotating inserts, which are fixed with the feed rod. The bar material can only be pushed over the front ejectors in the machine direction. Residual piece ejection takes place in the machine room. Depending on the manufacturer, the front ejectors are connected to the rotating inserts via a cross pin, three set screws or an internal thread.
