The face dial wrench is included with the purchase of any cartridge and are used for precise set-up of the clamping force on the collets, as well as overgrip collets. The setting is kept by the cartridge and remains stable regardless of variations in the machine’s closing pressure. This procedure can be recorded and precisely repeated on another machine. Overgrip collets are supplied with a brass ejection guide sleeve as standard. It prevents the workpiece from tipping in the collet due to the extreme opening of the overgrip collet. The ejection guide sleeve supports the workpiece and ejects it safely into the part catcher.
